Newsletter sent out informing customers of a new book or website release. Before I arrived at Zagat the newsletters were extremely heavy on info and images were non existent. The content remains heavy but the new design looks light and is much more engaging. The user at a glance can see that the e-mail pertains to his or her city. The e-mail also emulates the new look of the site.
