When most of us think Zagat Survey we think Frazier Crane. This association has worked well for Zagat but with increased competition that has become a hindrance. It was my goal to help evolve the brand.

First step was to get them comfortable with the idea of a hip cool Zagat so I decided to redesign the intranet. Did I mention the intranet is skin-able and uses XML to pull information dynamically?
