It would be easy for me to completely write this movie off but that would be unfair. Sure the writing / directing are cheesy and reminiscent of a WB (or is that CW?) sitcom.
But at it’s core The Answer Man is about the loss of one’s father and the helplessness we feel. I can’t say this is a good film but at the very least it is attempting more than most films. In my book that warrants a viewing.
