After seeing some pictures taken on a camping trip I realized I was fat and needed to take my health seriously. Weighing in at 208 lbs. a lifestyle change was in order. Determined, I changed my eating habits and incorporated a realistic work out regiment.
Gone were the days of stuffing my face with fast food and large portions. Sitting around watching television and playing video games were now a treat and not the norm. Daily weigh-ins and realistic goals motivated me when all I wanted to do was quit.
Thankfully, I kept at it and can officially say I’ve lost 30 lbs. in one year. Five days short of a calendar year to be exact.
