You Need to Know Spanish
I know the last few posts have been video clips but I find them so interesting / funny I needed to share.

Elliott Carlson Botero
Spent the evening in Williamsburg Brooklyn (the new home of flanel and out of control facial hair) listening to my friend play with his band at Spike Hill. Have a listen.
So Over V-MODA
I have owned three pairs of V-MODA headphones and each pair magically stops working after 3 months. If it wasn't for their amazing heavy base I would have boycott them after the first break down. Sadly, I am a glutton for punishment. BUT NO MORE!!!
Anyone have any good recommendations on in-ear headphones?
Transporter 3

I was expecting a crazy action filled romp with gonzo stunts but got a weak environmentally friendly plot with boring "seen it all before" action scenes instead . Transporter 3 is littered with boring disingenuous scenes that try, unnecessarily, to flesh out a one dimensional character.
He is a bad ass, period.
Medieval Times

A fellowship 14 strong gathered at The Lyndhurst Castle of New Jersey to feast on dragon soup, fatty griffin ribs and succulent Pegasus flank. Good times had by all.
Canon VIXIA HF S100

Realizing that the possibility of getting a $7000 camera and traveling this year are not possible I've decided to set my expectations a little lower and get a camera that is a great balance between quality and price. This way I can get back in the grove of film making while I save up for my dream camera.
Positive Reinforcement
While riding the subway the conductor used a different approach at crowd control that caught my attention. Instead of the standard "please let the passengers off the train" a new message blared out over the PA. "Thank you for letting the passengers off the train before boarding."
In a city that constantly assaults your senses a simple thank you proved to be the most effective form of crowd control I've ever witnessed. Go figure.
